10 days to Christmas!

3 more working weeks to go. And it's all 4 working days. Isn't it a great way to end the year. I'm back in campus this morning. Took a non usual bus back. Shamisha holiday i think, not too bad. No complaints. Since KKKL seems to be cutting off the night trips so i'll need to find for other bus services to get me back to PB. Anyway just a relaxing weekend back in mlk. Meet law, wah7, and loke. CY was back but was unavailable. but will be meeting him up soon in sg. Spend time at home and with agnes was great. A little bit shopping, wanted to watch some movies but was rather packed.

It's Xmas next week, and the festive mood is in the air. Everywhere there's xmas deco, xmas songs, xmas sales, etc etc. I'm looking forward to Sg Xmas this year and also time to eat 'tong yun' which indicates CNY is coming too.

Anyway, been facing the comp for whole day trying to crack some code. Now i feel my head is going to crack apart before I even get the codes cracked. Also a sore throat is also making my world upside down. Better get some med or 'pi pa kau'. Must get myself healed to fully enjoy the holidays.  Counting down...

Finally the trip has ended.. back in mlk..

I finally landed back in KL on saturday. A long trip indeed. Lots of money flowed out of my pocket. sob sob. but it was a great trip. even though there's ups n downs throughout the trip.
I had a little tummyache all the way back. Had a little food poisoning. What a souvenir to bring back. So just rested myself. Now much better. Well gotta start catching up a lot of stuff esp those back in uni. Can't wait to post my pics. Just too much of it. One bad news is my pendrive got infected by some virus along the way. @!#!%%^&# So trying to fix it first. Will take some time.

Besides Congrats to the USM team. Yippie. *thumbs up* We were the champ in P2EC. I wish i was there. *sob* but still happy for them there. Effort not wasted.

The most perfect gift of all...

Here I am on this sat afternoon of a public holiday lazing around, enjoying the rain which have been missing in action for a while. A little backdated post which i should have posted a little earlier. It's my birthday! Hehe. i was back 2 weeks ago to celebrate my birthday. Counted down in the bus. It started of with a little bad luck as my bus sort of broke down on the way back. Delayed a little but manage to get it moving again and got me safely back home at about 730am.

I think the bus overheated

There i was in the middle of the PLUS Highway

There I am back at Malacca Sentral. Happy to see Mr Sunshine.

Spend a day at home and went out for dinner with family. I think that is one of the greatest things of all. Celebrating birthday with family members once a while is just great. I know it's great to celebrate it with a bunch of crazy friends in crazy ways, but somehow this is also great. So we went to have steamboat at Q Best SteamBoat Seafood Restorant. It's a pretty new shop somewhere near Kota Laksamana. Since it's new so it's pretty clean and everything looks decent. It's not all you can eat style. They count by per head orders and any extra add on. They use electric steamboat pots instead of the typical gas. It tends to heat up faster

Here comes the food ( look at those noodle like fish paste )

After dinner we headed back home. They bought a cake on their way home. Although I'm quite stuffed but till can fit a little. Hehe.
And.... ta da...

A Visit Around The Historical City

I was back in M'cca for the diwali holiday and also due to the study break. I was back until the day after diwali. Stayed home, enjoyed home food, went out pooling with the guys, went Diwali visiting @ Rajesh's and Vigren's, met some friends that i haven't met for ages ( Jhen, Vik, Sath, Rajesh himself, Kenny ), and went touring around m'cca a little.
Hmm, I just love Diwali, those nice and delicious food which i craved for every year. I haven't been for Diwali visiting for few years cos usually it's during study week and I'm suppose to study, but luckily this year our papers were a little later so I've had 2 weeks break instead of one, so i manage to visit Raj and Vig this year. @ Raj's you'll be served with nice homemade puree with curry mutton + chicken + dhall + other side dishes. @ Vig's you'll expect homemade tosai which comes with curry mutton + chicken + others. ALL my favourites. I wish I could have those everyday. They are just so delicious that none of the mamak stalls that I've eaten could beat either.

Then Agnes came down with Nini + 1. So I sorta had to be a tour guide and plan the itenary. They reached on Sat evening and so we started of with the typical m'cca satay celup @ OngKimWee. Then we head on to Jonker for a stroll. The next day, we started of the day with Chicken riceball. I just hate queueing up. I only does this went bringing friends around. Or else, I will NEVER EVER step foot in that shop. The queue could last the whole day. Then we went around the Stadhuys' and went up St Paul's hill for some photo taking with Eugene's 400D. ( Thx for the cam dude ) Then we were hot and thirsty, so we walked back to Jonker to enjoy the cool cendol and try some local laksa. But first enjoy the sun, cause you'll need to QUEUE up LONG queue AGAIN. Malacca is just getting so crowded nowadays which makes me prefer staying at home rather than going out cause thinking of the massive jam. After that we went over to Dataran Pahlawan to enjoy the airconditioning. We were really tired of walking around, so we choose to go for a movie , Eagle Eye. The following day, we went breakfast at DimSumGarden which is just nearby my house. Then they stopped by at TanKimHock for some local product before heading back. Short sumary of the trip. Here are some pics.
